I need an experienced WordPress developer to build a custom directory and editorial website called America's Last — americaslast.com.
Two files are attached:
A complete visual mockup covering all 5 pages including desktop and mobile designs
A full technical build manual with exact hex codes, complete CSS, Kadence block-by-block instructions, GeoDirectory configuration tables, and a handover checklist
Every design decision is already made. This is a build job not a design job, everything is specified in the brief down to individual hex colour codes and block settings.
What's needed:
5 pages built in WordPress using Kadence theme and Kadence Blocks only — no Elementor or Divi
Dark vintage editorial aesthetic — full details in attached brief
GeoDirectory configured with 10 categories and 9 Texas regions
WordPress native comments on all listing pages — dark styled, moderation enabled
Fully mobile responsive — mobile mockup provided
Already installed:
Kadence theme, Kadence Blocks, GeoDirectory, RankMath SEO, UpdraftPlus
Timeline: Within 7 days
Please only apply if you have hands-on experience with Kadence Blocks and GeoDirectory specifically. When applying please include examples of dark themed or directory style WordPress sites you have built previously.

1. Do you already have all listing content, images, categories, and Texas region data ready for import?
2. Should we configure only the structure/templates first, or also add sample listings?
3. Do you want us to use the exact provided CSS as-is, or should we lightly optimise it if needed?
4. Is hosting/WordPress admin access ready with Kadence, GeoDirectory, RankMath SEO, and UpdraftPlus already installed?
