Wordpress Install with pre-built theme and demo mode

We are looking for someone to help completely install and safely secure a pre-built wordpress theme (FromThemeforest).

- We want the site to have the template demo content enabled.
- SEO plugin installed (And help getting it listed properly on search engines).

This is something we would like to outsource due to limited time.
