Wordpress Elementor Section

I have a very urgent request for designing a timeline as per attached image for my wordpress website as an Elementor section. the attached image shows the timeline, by scrolling down the helicopter image show scroll down through the timeline while its blades are spinning preferably, it is very urgent and please only totally confident people that are pretty sure can get it done real quick send me the proposal. the timeline should be fully responsive and text is just sample, will be replaced. (it is not necessarily be elementor as long as it can be done quickly )
