WordPress developer needed to maintain a WordPress site

This is not a one time project, I am looking for someone capable of managing the site. Person must be able to communicate effectively and in a timely manner. Duties include but not limited to:

- Maintaining a WordPress site including maintaining and updating plugins
- Come up with a solution to tackle spam issues, get rid of and deter spam registrations
- Make sure the site loads and runs efficiently and fast
- Make sure the site is SEO friendly
- Recommend relevant technologies and solutions to the effective running of the site
- Other duties as needed

*Please note that since this will be an ongoing permanent work, the budget will vary and will be discussed with the chosen candidate.
