Wordpress developer needed to create publishing platform

I would need an experienced WordPress developer to create and develop a publishing platform for me on WordPress.

-This publishing platform should allow users to create an account with a username and password and sign in.

-Users should also be able to publish content such as posts, blogs, and image content creators to publish and share their articles and stories with a wide audience and also subscribe to users.

- Each type of publishing post should appear on the main page and the user should be able to click on the post and see the full content. A comment section should be on each post. Would need users to be able to like and bookmark posts.

-2 types of posts should be seen on the main page, posts users are subscribed to and the latest posts that users using the website are making.

- Search bar and filtering options.

- There will be fixed categories that users have to their posts under.
