Wordpress dashboard inaccessible

I believe that some plugins have corrupted my Wordpress website and I am unable to access the dashboard. I would like assistance to clear any plugins that are causing the problem with the goal being to then create an entirely new website after dashboard is accessible and the domain has been cleared of any negative software. Inviting proposals to assist first with: clearing the website dashboard and making it accessible, removing any harmful software and plugins. Thereafter, will invite proposals to develop a new website.
