Wordpress custom cms block

Need a custom section built on a wordpress homepage to replicate this functionality: https://www.greshamsmith.com/

Main banner which has a video sat behind, on scroll - video is fixed and overlay slides up revealing the full video and then continues to scroll through the rest of the page.
Must have a transparent section on land to show through the logo that there is something moving behind
We will need to be able to fully edit this, being able to amend the video and logo in the CMS.
On mobile devices to work the same as the desktop version, must be responsive throughout all devices.Theme: The7
