WordPress + AWS - Copy Site, Update Site, Connect Domain

I currently have a landing page and designs already built and live for viewing. These were supposed to be moved over and connected to my own domain, but my current developer is taking too long to complete the final tasks.

I need someone reliable and fast to:

Copy the existing pages to my own WordPress setup

Give me full Admin access

Connect my AWS domain

Complete a number of content / design tweaks

Ensure everything is fully mobile friendly

Important

Budget is fixed (already agreed based on previous milestones) – please only apply if you’re happy with this.

This may involve weekend work, as I need everything ready for marketing on Monday and tested over the weekend.

PAGES TO COPY / SET UP
1) Landing Page

Current version:

Tasks:

Copy this website (same layout and design).

Set it up under my own WordPress.

Make me Admin and provide full WordPress login details.

Connect my AWS domain (I will provide the domain details).

Add my embedded meeting link (I will provide this).

Ensure it connects correctly to the other domains/pages on the site.

Ensure the page is fully responsive and mobile friendly.

2) Services & Consultant Pages

Current versions:

Tasks (same process as landing page):

Copy these pages into my WordPress setup.

Make me Admin and provide full WordPress login details.

Connect them via my AWS domain (same environment as the landing page).

Ensure all pages are mobile friendly.

Tweaks required – Services page:

Remove “Download our service overview”.

Make sure the POC – FREE 20 min AI strategy offer is clearly aligned with the rest of the website.

Embed the meeting link wherever POC is suggested (I will provide this link).

I will provide the logo link so it fits like the landing page.

Adjust the AI services box:

Centre it.

Make it the main blue box, slightly smaller and visually clean.

Ensure the top navigation bar wording is aligned to each section and that clicking each menu item scrolls smoothly to the correct section.

View Pricing button:

When “View Pricing” is clicked, it should open:

Consultant / Pricing page:

Ensure the top navigation bar is correctly aligned and each item scrolls to the right section.

Embed the meeting link wherever POC is suggested (I will provide this link).

Ensure everything is responsive and mobile optimised.

3) www.tettehtech.com

This website needs to be updated. I have the JPG files for the approved look.

The only part not finalised is the pricing section, which I will explain in detail on a call:

Some packages will move under different umbrellas.

Some packages are being removed.

The pricing section design needs to be simplified (right now when you click a package, there are questions – this can be simplified).

I will explain which pages/packages are being moved and where.

Additional updates:

In the portfolio section, some websites need to be removed – especially those where customers’ domains have stopped working.

Ensure the full site is clean, consistent and mobile friendly.

FORMS, SPAM & CONTACT

Stop random/spam emails coming through from forms – test and configure properly (e.g. form settings / basic anti-spam).

Remove the FAQ page.

Ensure the Contact Us page is correctly connected:

When forms are filled (especially from the packages page), they must be sent to my email.

This was not connected properly before – needs to be fully tested.

TECHNICAL CLEAN-UP

Make sure all plugins are up to date.

Fix any broken links.

Check that all links go to the appropriate page/section.

Make the current developer a Subscriber in WordPress.

Set my email (which I will provide) as the Admin account.

Confirm everything works smoothly on desktop, tablet, and mobile.

COMMUNICATION & TIMELINE

I’m happy to jump on a 30-minute call to walk through everything so instructions are clear and there’s no confusion, especially given the tight timeframe.

Ideally, work should start immediately and be completed today/tomorrow, or over the weekend at the latest, so I can test before Monday’s marketing activities.

Comfortable copying existing designs and implementing small UI/UX tweaks.

Proven experience making sites fully responsive and mobile friendly.

Good communicator – able to keep me updated and ask questions if anything is unclear.
