Description
Once moving the website we have seen performance issues when we send out a newsletter and we have quite a lot of attempted concurrent connections.
The client would like a quote to review the configuration of the server (and maybe compare it to Krystal set up) and then develop a list of recommendations. There would be further work actually making the changes if this goes ahead.
Could you please quote us for a performance review/settings review of our client website?

Hi Wayne,
Thanks for sharing the details. I’d like to clarify a couple of points so I can provide an accurate quote and performance review :
(1) Is the current setup using Apache with NGINX as a reverse proxy, or are they running independently for different functions ?
(2) Can you share what kind of traffic spike you typically get when newsletters are sent? ( For example., requests per second, number of emails sent )
(3) Is object caching ( Redis/Memcached ) or full-page caching ( e.g., WP Rocket or similar ) in use right now ?
(4) Lastly, do you have server resource specs handy ( vCPU, RAM, IOPS ) ? It’ll help benchmark vs Krystal.
Once I have that, I can provide a clear proposal for the config audit and a breakdown of next-step recommendations.
Looking forward to hearing from you!
Best regards,
