Desi, you can't award the job and THEN give the freelancer the website URL. You need to provide this in advance.
Good SEO isn't cheap, and cheap SEO isn't good, you know you can't have good, quick and cheap SEO right?
Please reply with your website address, your domain age, what search terms/keywords you want to target and whether you want a 6 or a 12 month SEO campaign.
