Website Modal Popup when visitor lands on the site for the first time.

Hi There,

I'm looking for someone to develop a pop up for my website similar to Groupon's pop up (See attached for example)

What I want is the popup to come up when someone visits the site for the first time (reads cookie) - if the person has already been to the site (reads cookie) then the popup doesn't show.

The popup will contain special offers and a form with a captcha on it so it will need validation on it - the form is just replicated from the website itself so no need to code up.the popup needs to be coded so that it is search engine friendly.

Must be compatible with IE, Firefox, Chrome
