    where your DNS is currently managed (e.g., Cloudflare, registrar, or your hosting panel) Or whether your emails are hosted directly on the server (cPanel/Webmail) or through an external provider like Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
    what server environment or control panel (e.g., cPanel, Plesk, or unmanaged VPS with Nginx/Apache) you are running? so I can verify the MX/TXT records and fix the SSL validation failure right away?"

    A few things I’d like to clarify:

    Which hosting/server was the site migrated from and to?

    Which email service is being used (hosting email, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, etc.)?

    Are emails failing completely, or only outgoing/incoming emails?

    Do you have access to the domain DNS panel and new server credentials?

    Which SSL provider is being used (Let’s Encrypt, Cloudflare, custom certificate)?
