Website issues - url " perfectimaging.co.uk

I need someone who is experienced at looking through my site ( not looking for a new one ) heres what ive noticed :
Long story short ...I noted my website hadn't yielded a single enquiry for quite a while now and about 6 to 8 months ago i started to get a lot of spam emails using my own contact form then emailed to me !! I wonder if the 2 are connected somehow . Anyway I went into my site yesterday and noticed several anomalies.
There are things missing ..
1.the drop box with the 3 horizontal lines ( mobile version) doesn't work anymore ( the 1 that takes to to the other pages)
2. The contact us form has disappeared from the contact us page
3. Photos are missing
4. The mini photo gallery at the.bottom of the pages doesn't animate anymore
5 all but 1 of the testimonials are missing

Other parts seem to be ok.

I don't know if this is because there have been changes by the domain domain company ?
anyway someone who is good at problem solving and a fix asap please. Budget is £100ish
