SCOPE SUMMARY

1. The required website will mostly be static and is needed in both desktop version and smart phone version. Only a few dynamic features are required.
2. The website shall include the following sections:
General Sections (Pre-Login):
ABOUT
ACTIVITIES
PROJECTS
OUR PRICE COMMITMENT
COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT
OUR LOGO
CONTACT
LOGIN
Restricted Sections (Post-Login):
ADMINISTRATOR SCREEN
PROJECT 1 (client screen)
PROJECT 2 (client screen)
PROJECT 3 (client screen)
(Note: each PROJECT client screen is to be controlled separately because some clients maybe given access to view only one of the projects, others may be given access to two, and others may be given access to all three)
3. The full website content (text and images/photos) are ready and will be emailed to the selected developer.
4. The PROJECTS section includes 3 projects and under the photos and description of each one, the website visitor can click on a “Register Your Interest” link that will result in a dialogue box (or something equivalent) appearing for the visitor to fill. Upon clicking SUBMIT, an email is to be automatically sent to the company (website owner) containing the information the visitor entered in a nicely presented way. In addition, the data entered by the visitor is to be displayed in the related project table in the ADMINISTRATOR SCREEN.
5. A LOGIN will lead to the applicable Post-Login section based on that user's authority.
6. After the selected developer receives from us and reviews the full website contents, the first step will be for the developer to suggest 5 or 6 links to actual websites that the developer believes would be the top and best examples to follow. Upon agreeing on one of these examples or a combination of features from 2 or more actual websites, the developer can then proceed with development. The general strategy is to save time and cost using the best live examples and not re-invent the wheel.
7. The ADMINISTRATOR SCREEN is to include the following:
a. POTENTIAL CLIENTS (a table with sorting feature): displaying the data entered by potential clients in the Register Your Interest box, followed by a “GRANT ACCESS” button next to each potential client’s listing in the table with three choices, one for each project. This button is to enable the Administrator to allow any specific potential client to access the restricted section related to one or more of the three projects.
Upon clicking GRANT ACCESS, the website is to automatically send an email to that potential client to inform him/her about the granted access and to provide the potential client a temporary password which the client can change upon accessing the restricted section.
The ADMINISTRATOR SCREEN is to display to which project(s) each potential client has been given access and enable the Administrator at any time to grant a particular potential client access to one or more of the remaining projects to which that client was not previously granted access.
The ADMINISTRATOR SCREEN must also enable the Administrator to block access for any particular client from any one or more project at any time.
b. MANAGE WEBSITE: This section is to enable the Administrator to edit the website contents (texts and photos) at any time without changing the structure of the website. The Administrator is to be able to choose which screen of the website to edit, and then make the needed modifications to the text in that screen, upload additional photos, or replace existing photos with new ones.
8. Each project (client screen) shall basically include images/photos and documents that the company will later upload from the ADMINISTRATOR SCREEN. The basic outline for each project client screen will include;
• Master Plan: (3D rendering image)
• House Models: which will include Description (text), Exterior (3D rendering images), and Floor Plans (3D rendering images)
• Other Options
