Website for military & Police training & Seo optimisation

We need a several page website for a new venture, this needs to be easily editable, the website will contain videos and photos which are still being produced so will need some stock photos in the short term. The website will need contact form. Ideally the first page will flow with all the information available and then the pages brought up separately.
We are looking to have this turned around within one week and can provide websites of competitors.

We already have a hosting package and email set up.
