Website for doctor

Website required for a private medical service called Instadoc.
The aim of the company is to provide patients with instant access to a doctor.
The medical service will allow patients to book two services online
1) telephone consultations
2) home visits
Users will be able to register their profile so they can login to see their upcoming and previous appointments. They should also be able to see their previous consultation records.
there should be a neat calendar with dates and time slots for patients to be able to choose an appointment time.
for telephone consultations, patient will have to pay online. this can be done via paypal, square etc.
for home visits, patients should have the option to pay online or pay later.

i started playing around with godaddy. but i am clueless . although i would like something very basic and clean looking like the images.

i do not yet have a logo. So I will also need one making.
