Website for consultancy business

I'm looking for an experienced website builder that can build my consultancy business' website via my GoDaddy profile. The website is currently online but shows 'under construction'. I have the content (text) and sub categories of how I like the website to be. I also have a clear idea of what the style and theme of the website should be.
I personally think that this job will be not longer than 1 or 2 hours for an experienced professional.
