I have all graphics developed already including logo. I can provide these and also the font files (which will need to be imported).
Ideally I want it developed using Bootstrap and PHP with a simple CMS (I really like CouchCMS) for the owner to use to update some details.
I absolutely DO NOT want it produced using any framework like Laravel etc. Simple, clean, custom PHP code would be the ideal, where code is required.
