Website Developer Needed

General information for the website: We sell a subscription service
Kind of development: Customization of existing website
Description of every page/module: I have a start up company and want to develop a website which will allow potential customers to join as members. The website requires an payment capability. I have a very rough mock up of the site and want to build the full site. The homepage should be simple and clear - minimal clutter and fuss. At the risk of stating the obvious there should be no more than 3 clicks between entering the site and confirming payment. I have the design sketched out the site map to move the development on quickly.
Description of requirements/features: We have tried Wix and this is not have the functionality required. The website has the following requirements which should scroll down, with an Arrow icon in the bottom right hand corner that enables the user to go to the top of the page. The menu will have a Home -- About Us -- The Products -- Members area -- Contact Us

In the top right hand corner there needs to be a Sign In -- Register -- Basket Icon

High level details of each section of the menu are as follows (mock ups will be provided for more detail)

Home Page -
-- this will have a hamburger menu (continuously follows the user throughout the site) with a banner menu
the subscription choices should be made available in graphic form for people to click
-- once clicked - they should be taken to The Products section (also accessible from the banner menu) where they can choose the products (with their image) they want as part of their subscription
-- once they have made their selection(s) they should then click a 'buy' button which add products to their basket - -- once product selection has taken place they should go to the check out page which should enable them to review their order and make changes to their order before payment / address / sign up details.

About Us
-- Primarily text - about the brand values - how the membership works etc

The Products
--This should be the same as the section that members go to from the Home Page section where they make their product choices
-- For each product the following information will be provided: Small Photo or Product Icon - Product Description (text) - Additional Information (text) - Add to Basket (button)

Members Area
-- Log in page with user name and password
-- Become a Member (for someone who is not already a member)
-- For member who have placed an order - they should be able to do the following: 1. see their order summary and history 2. See and amend their payment details 3. Amend their choice of product they want delivered 4. Change their delivery address 5. Member benefits
