Website Developemnet

I need to 5-6 page 'non eCommerce' website built in earnest. I looking for someone who has time to dedicate solely until the project is completed. The dev must be extremely creative, and have the ability produce something unique from examples provided. The website will be just an informative site, elements of animation, with several hyperlinks embedded.

I'm seeking a "secluded delivery permitted" of no more than two weeks for completion.

Ultimately, the resulting product, will be seen by masses around the globe. Therefore this project will be beneficial to have in ones portfolio.

Please, if you are currently working on multiple jobs and only can spare minimal time on the project, "PLEASE DO NOT SEND ME A PROPOSAL"
