Website designer and developer

I am looking for a website to be designed and developed which will be approx 12 pages long, 8 of which will have case studies and galleries.
I need a high quality website to be designed and turned around asap.
It needs to be high quality. We are an event business called Iced Gems Events.
I will need to see a portfolio with examples of your work, have accurate costs and details of how many drafts etc this includes.
