Website Design/Build

We have a pre-existing website (http://croxton.uk.com) that has become outdated and thus we need a new one designed and developed. We have a set of newly developed brand guidelines along with some initial designs and examples we can provide to give a flavour of what we require, but we are really after your suggestions as to what you think would work best for the target audience.

We're open to proposals on the platform/language it's built upon but it does need to be responsive across desktop, tablet and mobile and be built with SEO as a core focus.

ideally, this project needs to be completed in 4 weeks but we can be flexible on timescale if required. Before deciding on a proposal, we will need to see examples of previous work where you have had full responsibility for the design and development of the website.
