The site will need to have a cms system to add items to the website and payment gateways and a shopping cart.

The idea is to have a wholesale deals site that needs a monthly fee to be able to excess the deals, so the website needs a system in please to let uses pay for the subscription then they can view the wholesite and place orders. We want a site that will be easy to work on for future improvement's and upgrades.
