    The timeline is pretty flexible, but ideally as soon as possible.

    There isn't any flexibility in the budget.

    Let me tell you the process how I will design this website for you on WordPress.

    I will make the psd design of home page and will send you the jpg. of home page to your for your approval. Once you approve that I will convert it into html and will make the website responsive. So it will be compatible for all the mobile devices. and then implement on WordPress with same functionality as per your requirements.

    So Just let me know when we are going to start the work, I am ready to start it right away after your confirmation.

    There is flexibility in the lead time, but ideally ASAP and definitely before end of June.
