Website build from a set up theme

I have already set up the initial development of my e-commerce site. However, I am stuck and need some one to take over the build so that I can concentrate on adding the products.
Note that this job is to continue where I have left off and not to build the site from scratch.
I am using Word Press - Woo Commerce and the theme I have selected is called Shop Star Premium.

I need someone to clean the site up for me and make it look professional and ready to add all products.
I am happy to go through it over the phone to explain what I need and want. I would like to work close with a particular person so that I know how the site works and operates.

It is vital that I use someone who is English Speaking and lives in the UK.
