Website and Mobile Application

I need a Website and mobile application developed for a new delivery business I am starting.... The company structure is very much like the Ubereats.com Deliveroo.com and just-eat.co.uk so my site needs to have similar functionality to these.... HOWEVER the site platform will not be the same as these as my model allows for the customer to put an address of where they want an item picked up from and then another address of where they want it delivered too e.g. www.parcel2go.com

The first phase of the project will just be delivery so I don't need the site to be able to list products or menu's like the uber or Deliveroo platforms straight away (this will be phase 2)

A customer will buy something from a shop and go onto the website or app to order a collection of the item and deliver to their home or...
A shop keeper will order the delivery (via the app or website) for the product to be picked up and delivered to the customers home
It is a same day service so the driver will need log on details to access deliveries and I as the company will need super admin log on to manage the whole process....

I need some one who is creative and can help with the design/look of the site not simply copying another site
I need some one who is contactable to be able to support the site should issues occur
I need some one who is English speaking
I need some one who is available to start relatively quickly

You must have the relevant experience to do this project and can prove this with a good portfolio or previous client testimonials
