Website and logo

i am looking forward to run a private clinic for baby circumcision procedure. I need a website for this. I would need full control on the website that allows me to edit and add the content any time. Obviously under the current COVID19 pandemic we will not be running the clinic or the website, so when the website is ready we need to show the message that we are currently closed.
For the sake of reference, I will attach the links for a prototype website but we shall make sure its for the reference purpose. Website should be appealing and with a good color contrast. It should be easy looking and easy to browse. Please see the content and what I have got in my head. I am not in rush- need some one professional and who can read my mind and could give me more ideas to make this appealing and professional
