Webflow FAQ

I have a partially completed FAQ on my Webflow site:

I'd like various changes and enhancements, including:

- add rich text block between the submission form and the top of the FAQ with headline "Frequently Asked Questions" and placeholder text below

- change bgcolor to white

- embed symbol in front of each FAQ item (just like on the example site)

- add accordion code so that FAQ items expand/contract upon click

The completed FAQ should resemble (in functionality) the one here:

https://www.penguinrandomhouse.com/faqs

Note that the page itself and the CMS already exist.
