Webapplication for animals and their owners/godfather/godmother

Short description
I want plain php (so no Laravel, etc...) and work with mariadb (mysql).

The question is:
1) Table of Mr. and Mrs. and address and login and password and owner or godfather/godmother
2) Table of donkeys with color (limited choice), gender, birth date + photo
Both tables have to be filled by the administrator and edit and delete
Administrator must be able to link table 1 to table 2 where more donkeys are possible and more godfathers/godmothers. So many to many.
Then when Mr. or Mrs. Logs in, they must be able (administrator also of course) to write messages
f.i.
- 1/12/2024 donkey was vaccinated
- 15/03/2025 donkey is ill
- 18/03/2025 donkey looses teeth
Etc..
And also the possibility to always add photo/movie in each message.
Of course everything with a nice lay-out.

What do you propose?
