Web template

I want an easy to customise 3/5 page website template that can offer a main index page, contact page, product selection page, maintainence page and usual about us type pages. It must be easy to maintain and customise in either frontpage or similar.

I am looking into the feasibility of selliing hosring and websites to local businesses. Subject to the price for this template and the project going ahead I would expect to outsource any bespoke websites to the same supplier so I will need to have a full price list of available services to consider.
