Our main developer leads our web projects, and we are now looking for a skilled and reliable web developer to support them in delivering high-quality websites that drive results.

Role Overview:
As our Web Developer (Support Role), you will collaborate closely with our main developer, handling tasks such as coding, troubleshooting, and implementing design changes. You’ll work on diverse projects, often adapting to different industry requirements, so a flexible, problem-solving mindset is key. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a growing agency and gain hands-on experience in a range of web development projects.

Responsibilities:

Assist the main developer in building, testing, and deploying websites for clients.
Conduct site updates, bug fixes, and maintenance as required.
Collaborate with our design and marketing teams to ensure websites are visually appealing, responsive, and SEO-friendly.
Support e-commerce builds, handling product setup, integrations, and enhancements.
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions promptly.
Ensure websites are optimized for performance and usability across devices.

Requirements:

Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify).
Experience with responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and web performance optimization.
Basic knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
Ability to work well in a collaborative environment, following guidance and direction from the main developer.
Experience in e-commerce development (preferred).
