Web Developer required to build directory site

A web developer is required to build from scratch a directory website. The site will be divided into 2 directories The main directory is for business listing providing information on the business, services offered, potfolio of completed work and a reviews section. This directory should be searchable by either business category, or business category and location. This directory should be able to offer advertisers the ability to upgrade their listing to featured which will be displayed on the home page

The second directory is for recruitements, business can post jobs online & recruites can upload their CV to the site which can be searched by job advertisers. Job searchers should be able to search for available jobs by Job Title, Location and pay

Integration with paypal and or google checkout plus the ability to pay by check.

There are other featured required which will be such as email messaging system to contact advertisers, which will be discussed further with the develper.

All aspects of the website must be editable via an admin panel such as advertising prices, categories, account information and so on.
