Web Developer for exciting music project

We have been asked to produce an exciting new music website that will feature viral videos uploaded weekly. The CMS is going to be paramount, so someone who knows their way around web video entirely is needed.

We will be adding a couple of videos a week and need to be able to update it regularly and easily ourselves.
We are hoping to develop a strong online presence so will need to have twitter and facebook boxes and a blog on the site too. We will also need an archive in which people can view our whole backdated catalogue.

All is looking like this may be quite a successful project if the launch is handled correctly. We have a designer on board and are just looking for someone to build it...hopefully asap.
