Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced React.js Web Developer to join our remote team on a task basis/hourly rate job. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of React.js development principles and practices, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality code in a remote work environment.

Responsibilities:

Develop new user-facing features using React.js
Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code
Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers
Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends
Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of professional experience working with React.js
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles
Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and GraphQL
Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token
Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools
Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
A knack for benchmarking and optimization
Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git
Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a remote work environment
Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Experience with server-side technologies such as Node.js
Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest or Enzyme
Experience with responsive design and development
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
