Web designer needed for ongoing projects

We make various "sales letter" style websites which sell products. Example: talex.co.uk

We have a sticking point at the moment in that it takes a long time to make the *detail* changes to websites.

This is because I have to review the first version which is created from a word document, ask for the changes, then our Ukrainian developer makes the changes (usually not correctly) and the cycle repeats.

The issue is that our developer is not a designer and has no eye for what looks "right" and I don't really have the time for the back and forth (perhaps about 4 hours worth per site).

I need to find a web designer who has a good eye for detail and what looks right, and can either work (via IM) with our developer to complete websites, or possibly make websites yourself which are then handed over to us once finished

This should be an ongoing setup. I estimate 3 - 5 new sites per year and probably 10-20 new pages (i.e. a new page for a promotion on an existing site).

The first task will be for a DashCam product. We have the first draft of sales copy ready and a Wordpress theme will be installed on the new domain.

I will provide the sales copy with formatting as I want it, images, and a brief for site.
