We need a Universal Dashboard (PowerShell) GUI to access Data

We need a developer who can create GUI with Universal Dashboard for PowerShell. That GUI should communicate with Skype for Business Database. The access to the data can also be done via SQL Connection. Developer can suggest.

The GUI needs to read a table with company and employee data and display it. The table contains some common information like company, name, phone number, email etc.

The data needs to be editable (CRUD) for employees with access. Authorization must be done via Active Directory. How do we know who has access to which record? It is a simple AD property of each User. Only display data of the company the user belongs to. If User->company is COM11 display all records which belong to COM11. It can be just a simple if.

There are about 200 small companies and maybe 10-20 employees at each company at the moment. Domain Administrator should have access to all data. We also need ability to export displayed data to Excel and as PDF and some other common functions like sorting filtering etc.
