Description
This site is critical to our strategic repositioning as a single group delivering integrated solutions across Renewables, Engineering and Fit-Out. We already have all content and brand material prepared. We need someone who can build and deliver a fully functional site for soft launch by 1 July 2025.
What We’ll Provide:
• Final sitemap and wireframes
• All written content (supplied by our team)
• Full brand assets and visual guidance
• CRM integration requirements (Zoho Webform setup)
• Visuals for homepage hero (such as interactive cityscape)
What We Need You to Do:
• Build a responsive, accessible WordPress site (Elementor or custom build)
• Create 18 to 23 clearly structured pages (see breakdown below)
• Integrate Zoho CRM forms on key pages
• Build a filterable product and services library
• Deliver a CMS we can manage in-house
• Optimise for speed, responsiveness and basic SEO
Project Deadline:
• Start: Immediate
• Site must be live for soft launch by 1 July 2025
Page Breakdown (Estimated 18 to 23 pages):
• 1 x Homepage – Includes interactive cityscape visual and vertical overview
• 3 x Vertical Landing Pages – One each for Renewables, Engineering and Fit-Out
• 6 x Brand Landing Pages – Long-scroll pages for:
• EG ReNew
• EG Univers
• EG Shelters
• Garrick Engineering
• Sigma Installations
• Oakhurst Fit-Out
• 1 x Products and Services Page – Filterable index of approximately 60 product and service entries
• 1 x Projects Page – Filterable grid of case studies
• 5 to 10 x Case Study Pages – Structured format with challenge, solution and results
• 1 x Insights Page – Content and blog hub
• 1 x About Page – Group overview and legal structure
• 1 x Contact Page – Smart form routed by division or vertical with Zoho integration.

Future Work Opportunity:
We also have the potential to commission a further eight websites over the coming months for other brands we are involved with. This project is a key starting point, and we are looking to build a long-term relationship with the right partner.

For the filterable “Products and Services” and “Projects” pages, do you prefer using custom post types or a specific plugin for filtering?

1. Will each brand (EG ReNew, Garrick Engineering) require unique color accents or layout variants within the unified theme?
2. Are case studies intended to be categorized under verticals, brands, or both?
3. Should the CMS support multi-user content publishing workflows (e.g. drafts, approvals)?
4. Do you anticipate multilingual support down the line for international expansion?
5. Are the product and service entries meant to live in a custom post type with advanced filtering, or is a flat content structure sufficient?
6. What level of hosting or DevOps support do you currently have — should I factor in performance tuning, CDN setup, or uptime monitoring?
