Urgent WordPress Fixes - Expert Level

I am looking for an Expert Level WordPress Developer who is available immediately to start working on the below tasks and can work during this weekend to complete the task. The deadline of this TASK#1 & TASK#2 is within 24 hours or maximum 48 hours. If you cannot complete the task within that time, please don't apply. Rest of the three tasks can be done after weekend.

You must be comfortable to jump on Google Meet calls to discuss the tasks, do the testing and take our feedbacks. No exceptions with these requirements.

TASKS#1 (MOST URGENT):
When we upload products from WooCommerce, it isn't resizing the images into thumbnail. Instead it is uploading full-size images (see screenshot first attached). As you can see the first image is too small and the other two are way too large. What we need here is:
1- The feature image of the product should be auto-resized and create thumbnails of same sizes for all the products.
2- The images should not be pixelated at all.
3- We need a universal solution that can be applied to all products and categories in the WooCommerce database. We still have to upload images for one of the category, which we will upload and test for accuracy.
4- Replace the pagination at the end of each product page to lazy load etc. This means only show 10 products on a page, once user reaches at the end, the next batch of 10 products should load.

TASK#2 (Second Priority):
On homepage, we only have a video; nothing else. This video has a volume button which is currently showing MUTE position. When you click on that icon, it does UNMUTE the video but the icon stays same. We want the Volume icon to be changed to UNMUTE too.

TASK#3:
The former developer has setup the OUR CATALOG page with some sort of widget instead of using in-built Elementor functions which causes the catalog thumbnails to load slower or sometime it doesn't even show up.

What we need here is:
1. Elementor thumbnails or box with images of the catalog's first page or any feature image.
2. On hover, it should either flip or being up opacity showing View and Download icons linked to the respective PDF catalog.
3. Remember, this page is currently working but we don't like how it was done by the former developer.

TASK#4:
The homepage video takes too much time to load because of its 162MB of size. We need to keep it as HD but seeking a solution where it can take less time to load and don't face any lagging. We are considering YouTube, but we don't want to see the YouTube controls and would like the same Volume icon as you can see currently on homepage.

Task#5:
Finally, We want all images and website to be optimized without loosing the HD quality.
