Urgent html and css support for wordpress

I need someone to fix three styling issues on a wordpress theme as soon as possible. I have built the site, these issues need fixing immediately and will require knowledge of html, css and wordpress

The issues are:

1: My logo will not display - I am using a header builder but can not get it to display
2: Mobile top header colour needs changing from Blue to White
3. Menu items need to changed to Blue colour
