Upgrade Wordpress Site to PHP8.2 Locally and provide SQL/FTP ~

Hello, I need some help updating a clients website to php 8.3/8.2 when i update it, the website dies sadly.

Would you be able to help with this, I have identified the plugin causing the issue is called "timber". The plugin is not supported by the developers anymore and as such, manual fixes need to be made.

I can't give cpanel access, however I can give you all the website files and sql to work with and then you give me back a completed sql and files of the updated site.

Please could I get a quote for carrying out this task.
