Upgrade my website

I have an existing website and want to add an extra page to do a loan business.

My website was built in the Wordpress and lack of loan business information for client to submit, know how much they will pay for application, interest. The page will be similar like this https://www.fundingcircle.com/uk/borrower/eligibility/loan-amount-and-term

The page does not need similar like this but it should has a loan calculator for borrower, after filling the information, I have borrower information.
