We have a commercial website for our gallery where we sell original Japanese prints.
The website was made a long time ago in a very old version of PHP, which is no longer supported. This causes issues with security making the website is difficult to access, and recently we have become unable to upload images for new products.
We want to update the website to a newer version of PHP that will meet current security standards, and allow us to upload products again. We are also currently paying for a service called "VPS" which is needed to keep the site running, but ideally we would like to avoid using this if it isn't necessary once the website is up to date.
Here is the link to the website: www.japanesegallery.co.uk/default.php

You may have to do a lot more than update the php version. The site doesn't work on mobile devices and the basic html is pretty poor. Have you thought about updating to a content management system like Wordpress?
