Transfer 1 e-mail address/domain from one host to another

We are seeking a skilled freelancer to assist us in migrating one e-mail address from one hosting provider to another. The project involves the following tasks:

1. Transferring 1 existing email address to the new hosting provider.
2. Setting up the new email account and ensuring it is functioning correctly.
3. Changing the domain name from the old hosting provider to the new one.

We have already purchased the new hosting plan. The freelancer should have experience in email migration and be able to work independently.
