Train me on simple changes to wordpress

Examples of what I need
a. Apply a theme to the site.
b. Build and submit a site map to google.
c. Install google analytics or GA4 (or most recent)
d. Optimise the site by ensuring each page has images, slug, meta description.
e. Apply google site kit.
f. Take each blog and change the content for the relevant geography.
g. Replicate it across the other urls (6 in total)
h. Build a template structure blog to my instructions that can be copied and then completed with content.
i. Ensure it has at least a mobile and laptop score of 95% using jetpack or similar
j. Ensure it has a suitable page loading speed and that image compression and loading is optimised <3 secs
k. Ensure a suitable Spam filter is applied to forms to prevent inbox spamming
l. Must have a youtube and other media embed block function for blogs
m. newsletter sign up on scroll and offer email on attempt to exit
n. static subscription sign up at the top of the side bar, static pop up as you scroll through the post, floating call to action buttons and exit intent pop ups and time based pop ups
