Tracking / Cargo website connected to ecommerce

This project entails designing and developing a customer-facing cargo tracking portal to integrate seamlessly with an existing ecommerce website. The tracking site must be hosted on its own customized domain to allow purchasers to conveniently monitor shipment progress updates. Technical expertise is needed to establish the site infrastructure and customize a plugin such as the WooCommerce Shipment Tracking Pro or WPCargo solution to suit our defined shipping stages. The selected platform must integrate smoothly into our order workflow to automatically populate tracking numbers and sync status changes. Clean, intuitive UI/UX for a positive customer experience is essential. Configuration is required to present stage-by-stage tracking and delivery notifications via email/text according to our logistic processes. Security, performance optimization and responsiveness across all devices are top priorities. Testing and customization will be ongoing to ensure full functionality and flawless operation.
