Themeforest template installed on WP and content uploaded

I'm looking for a wordpress expert to install a theme for me please, make some amendments to the layout, and then upload a number of articles in the relevant sections. This is for a blog.

The theme to be purchased is as follows:

Along the top navigation bar, i need 8 dropdown headers, and then 3 dropdowns per header (with scope to create more as the blog progresses).

I then need the first 20 articles uploaded within the relevant section please. I will have these in word format, incl the h2 tags.

If the meta descriptions can be uploaded at the same that would be a bonus (I will provide the content).
