Template Website Installation

I need someone to install and configure a template website i have found for me. I have my own hosting account, and domain name already.

I am in the Serviced Accommodation business, short term holiday lets.

I need someone to rejig some of the template, and install my content to it.
I will also need the successful applicant to intergrade my Booking Channel manager called (Tokeet) to the website so we don't get any double bookings. When guests book direct from my new website.

I will also require a step by step video of how to add additional properties to the website as and when new ones come up.

Tokeet will need to be connected to the website calendar.
