Description
Experience Level: Entry
Quick update - i have had 59 responses so far, that is brilliant but, it will take a while to get through them all. I hope this update lets everyone know as I can't see an easy way to message everyone.
We need help with various website javascript related activities on an ad hoc per hour basis and want to establish a relationship with an experienced developer that can support us to get past the more technical elements of projects quickly with the following areas most important.
The rate very much depends on experience and ability to deliver effectively and quickly. An initial task will be to write a summary of the status of the projects at the moment with recommendations for most effectively moving the two projects to a test phase with trusted customers. We may split this later - especially the UI parts if needed.
Basic node and nvm familiarity and associated deployment stuff etc.
A reasonably sized reactjs project that was largely done but needs some finishing, fixing, tidying, and later more development. Development stalled about two years ago for various reasons and we now have an issue that the framework includes Webpack that apparently stops us moving to the latest versions of various things. The back end is currently in Nestjs and Mongodb.
A newer Sveltekit app with MongoDb that is ongoing. We have resource to do the page logic as that is straightforward in Sveltekit but more technical aspects we need more help.
The Sveltekit app we also need more help on great appearance. We want to keep the pages themselves as clean as possible so they are easy to develop, understand and maintain and hide as much as possible of formatting in components and / or inherited styling. Once we have the structure for this we can create more pages and apply components ourselves.
