Freelance Integration Specialist (Stripe / Attio / Xero)

Hinterview (B2B SaaS) is looking for an experienced freelancer to build a clean, reliable billing and reporting workflow across Stripe, Attio, and Xero as we scale our next-generation platform.

What you’ll be doing:
• Designing and implementing a fully-automated billing chain connecting Stripe → Attio → Xero
• Mapping customer, subscription and invoice data so each system stays perfectly in sync
• Optimising revenue recognition, reconciliation and subscription lifecycle events
• Advising on best practices for workflow automation, webhook handling and error monitoring
• Delivering clear documentation our internal team can actually use

What you’ll need:
• Proven hands-on experience integrating Stripe with CRMs and accounting platforms
• Strong understanding of subscription billing, invoicing, and SaaS revenue flows
• Solid API skills and confidence working with structured/complex data
• Ability to deliver independently, quickly and with high attention to detail

Nice to have: familiarity with SaaS ops, Attio automation architecture, and Xero’s API limits/behaviour.
