    Hi Stuart,

    Your budget is too low for a 17-page website and your deadline is unrealistic (for a professional job).

    Certainly, you can get this built within budget with an offshore developer, but you're not going to get quality work for this budget.

    Is it even possible to see your designs before quoting or would you prefer me to guess the required work and then deal with the complexity of the designs afterwards?

    Sorry if this message is a little to the point, but it's getting a little tiring having to ask the same basic, simple questions on every job on here! :D
